How we use your details
The Association of Indoor Play uses your centre name, postcode, postal address, name and email to prepare your letter, verify your email and send your correspondence to the MP representing your centre. The MP receives those details and may respond directly to you.
We record the MP, constituency, dates, verification and sending status to manage participation and prevent duplicate letters. We do not add you to marketing lists. Records and letter contents are retained for up to 180 days, then removed. Only authorised campaign administrators can access them.
Postcode lookups use Postcodes.io; MP details and petition totals come from UK Parliament. When live sending is enabled, the configured email provider processes verification, letter and confirmation emails. Test mode does not contact that provider.
For access, correction or deletion requests, contact hello@moreplaylesstopay.com. Privacy wording and the final letter require AIP approval before launch.
